Fees

Fees must be paid in full upon registration. We accept credit card or cash payments.

Class Cancellation Policy

In the event of instructor illness or family emergency, i heart art will strive to provide a substitute rather than cancel a class when possible. If we can’t find a substitute, students will have the option to receive a prorated credit towards a future class, or Open Studio time, or attend an additional class at the end of the session.

Illness or Injury

A prorated refund may be issued in the event of illness or injury.

Withdrawals and Transfers

All withdrawals and transfer request must be emailed to info@iheartartstudio.co. Non-attendance or non-payment of outstanding fees will not be recognized as a formal withdrawal.

Withdrawals: $25

Transfers: No Fee

Full refund up to 5 days prior to class. Once the class has begun i heart art retains 100% of course fees.

Removal for Conduct

i heart art reserves the right to remove any student or parent who fails to comply with the studio’s rules or regulations, or who engages in any behavior considered destructive by i heart art.

Parent Pick Up

i heart art is not responsible for students, before, after or between classes. Consistent lateness may result in termination from the class with no refund.

Medical/Learning Needs

Parents/guardians are required to inform i heart art at the time of registration of any allergies, physical, emotional or learning needs their child may have.

Advertising and Publicity

i heart art reserves the right to photograph students and their work for advertising and publicity purposes. Parental permission is requested at time of registration.
