I Heart Art Mobile Birthday Parties

We bring the party to you! Our mobile birthday parties offer a great opportunity to add the love of creativity to your at-home birthday party. As a fun activity for all of your guests, we take care of set up, clean up, all projects, and materials. All we need from you is a designated empty space (indoor or outdoor) to create!

Party options include standard guided parties as well as our unguided party rentals

Standard guided party (Ages 3-9):

  • $500

  • 1.5 hours of art time

  • 1 hour of set up and clean up (30 minutes each)

  • 3 guided art projects for each participant 

  • 2 art leaders to assist all of your guests and guide projects

  • up to 12 participants


Unguided party rental (Ages 3-9):

2 hour rental*

  • $400

  • 3 art projects

  • Up to 12 participants

  • 1 hour of set up and clean up (30 minutes each)

4 hour rental*

  • $500

  • 6 art projects

  • Up to 12 participants

  • 1 hour of set up and clean up (30 minutes each)

*Please note for all art party rentals, your party ambassadors will not be present for the duration of your rental. They will come for drop off/set up as well as pickup/clean up before and after your rental time.

$400 for 2 hour party or $500 for 4 hour party, 12 participants

How to Book

  1. Email us at birthdays@iheartartstudio.co with your child's name, the age they are turning, the expected number of participants, your desired party time slot, and your desired weekend(s).

  2. We will send the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to make your reservation.

  3. 2 weeks before your party, we will contact you to confirm details such as a party theme and projects.

Party Time!

We offer mobile parties on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 1:00, 2:00, or 3:00. We arrive 30 minutes before your chosen time slot to begin setting up.


*We bring our own tables and seats, and do our absolute best to ensure your home is left clean, but we cannot guarantee this since kids' art can be messy. We would not recommend a mobile art party for people highly concerned about these possibilities.*
